and this right here is the difference between knowing what parabatai are suppose to be like, and finally understanding exactly how deep their bond goes, how far they are willing to go for each other. izzy thought she knew, she misses jace too, she loves him too, but it’s only on the second part that she realizes what this means for alec. i can’t live without him. i would rather die than not try this… that is izzy realizing she might lose them both if they don’t get jace back, that when they said “where you die i’ll die they meant it.
